Trading GuideHow to Withdraw Crypto from Cointivo
A clear guide to withdrawing cryptocurrency from Cointivo — entering addresses, selecting networks, daily limits, and security confirmations.
Before You Withdraw
- Ensure your account is KYC-verified — unverified accounts have very low withdrawal limits.
- 2FA must be enabled for withdrawals (mandatory security requirement).
- Know the destination wallet address and the correct network.
Step-by-Step Withdrawal
- Go to Wallet → Withdraw.
- Search for the coin you want to withdraw (e.g. USDT).
- Select the network — make sure this matches what the receiving wallet supports.
- Enter or paste the destination wallet address.
- Enter the amount. The network fee will be deducted automatically — the "You receive" field shows the exact amount that will arrive.
- Click Confirm, then enter your 2FA code to authorise.
- Check your email for a withdrawal confirmation link (required for first-time addresses).
Network Fees
Blockchain networks charge a fee to process transactions — this is not charged by Cointivo but passed through at cost. Fees vary by network and congestion:
| Network | Typical Fee (approx.) |
| BTC | Variable — check current fee |
| ETH (ERC20) | Variable gas fee |
| TRC20 (USDT) | ~1 USDT flat |
| BEP20 | Very low |
| SOL | Very low |
TRC20 is usually the cheapest way to move USDT.
Withdrawal Limits
Daily withdrawal limits depend on your KYC level. View your current limits under Account → Verification. Completing advanced KYC (Level 2) significantly raises your daily limit.
Security: Address Whitelisting
Enable the withdrawal address whitelist in Account → Security. Once active, you can only withdraw to pre-approved addresses. Any new address added is locked for 24 hours — a safety buffer that prevents unauthorised withdrawals even if someone gains access to your account.
Troubleshooting
- Withdrawal pending for a long time: The blockchain may be congested. Check a block explorer using the transaction hash from your withdrawal history.
- Funds not arriving: Confirm you used the exact same network on both sides. Contact support with the transaction hash if needed.
